The room rental includes: provision of seating, notepads and pens for all participants, standard conference technology, staff, electricity and heating costs, and cleaning.
Setup and takedown days are calculated individually by arrangement. Prices in euros including VAT.
* If rented as an additional group room without a food & beverage package, we charge a surcharge of 25% of the room rental.
